Conversion service
Company filings with the German Company Register require an XML-based electronic reporting format. For certain filings of company data, such as Public Country-by-Country-Report, there are additional electronic filing format requirements for disclosure.
We offer you technical conversion of financial statements and other company data into the required electronic filing formats.
Submitting company filings
In addition to the technical conversion, we also provide service to submit the financial statements and other company data to the German Company Register for disclosure purpose. By having the technical conversion and submission carried out by us, the effort required on your side to fulfil your disclosure obligations is reduced to a minimum.
