The person

Max Lembke has many years of in-depth experience in the areas of strategy consulting, governance, risk and compliance management - particularly with regard to management in complex regulatory and stakeholder-driven environments.

In his role at BDO, he is responsible for the go-to-market and the range of services in the field of (generative) artificial intelligence. He provides comprehensive support to companies in their transformation - from strategic alignment and the identification and implementation of specific use cases to the empowerment of the organization and the trustworthy, secure use of artificial intelligence. He also provides management advisory services with a focus on data- and AI-supported process optimization, in particular to optimize the customer experience.

  • End-to-end support for AI transformation programs – from strategy development and use case identification to implementation and organizational integration
  • Development and implementation of holistic AI governance models, as well as integration into existing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks to ensure transparency, controllability, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance
